Method
Place
the sugar, margarine and syrup in a pan and melt slowly until soft.
Add
in all the other ingredients and mix well.
Add
in any other ingredients you might want to – possibly glacé cherries or
pecans.
Place
into a greased tin and bake for 30 to 35 mins at 150C gas mark 3.
