| The Spurriergate Centre recently held another
breakfast event in partnership with One Voice York - a Christian
organisation focusing on bringing the churches together in the city.
The guest speaker was the Lord Mayor of York and she was interviewed by Revd. Chris Cullwick of the York Workplace Chaplaincy. This event is part of a series of breakfast meetings to bring key local civic leaders and church leaders together on a regular basis. |

It is hoped that there will be more events like
this through next year - particularly focusing on York's engagement with
the Hope 08 national initiative.
Revd. David Caswell prayed for the civic party as part of the event.
