
Method
Cook off the sausages until brown
Chop the onions roughly and sauté them in a little oil
Add in the mixed herbs and garlic puree
Add in the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes
Add in the tomatoes and cider and simmer for 5 minutes
Cut up the sausages and add to the mix.
Place the mix into a casserole dish and cook in an oven at 180C gas mark 4 for 20 minutes or longer if required
