Beetroot,
Celery and Orange

pack of cooked beetroot – cubed
1
bunch celery
2
oranges – diced
1
garlic clove crushed
Dressing:
120ml
olive oil
60ml
white wine vinegar
1
tsp mustard
Method
Chop
the celery roughly and add to the cubed beetroot.
Add
the oranges.
Mix
the dressing ingredients together and add in the garlic.
Pour
the dressing over the salad and mix well.
